The big skies of the McKenzie

While the weather at sea level was mild for the time of year, up here in the McKenzie it was definitely winter, the car temperature gauge read 6 degrees but in the wind it was 0 - 1 degrees due to wind chill. Went to Lake Wardell, took the drone, but conditions weren't the best as the  wind was gusting well over the 30 kmh above tree top and the drone struggled to  hold position. On the way home I stopped on the side of the road and took this shot with my sony, struggling to stay upright in the windy conditions.
