As China was still stiff when I went to the yard this morning I decided to take him in-hand on the hack I had already planned with Ali and Monty.

He was a little unsure to start with but soon relaxed into it at seemed to enjoy the walk out through the village and up the lane...once back at the yard I put Mel’s massager on him to see if we can really relax his sore muscles..I am thinking another physio call out maybe required!

It was looking like it was going to be a glorious sunset so I headed up the hill and into the barley field. It wasn’t as spectacular as I had hoped or even as this blip suggests but pretty all the same.
