Small Skipper (Thymelicus sylvestris)

And this butterfly is small and difficult to photograph!  It is almost identical to the Essex Skipper (Thymelicus lineola) so if anyone thinks I have got it wrong please tell me!

Extra photo:  the sheep are back in our neighbour's paddock where the gypsies' lurchers killed a couple about three weeks ago.  I hope these are a different lot as I would hate them to have flashbacks to that time.
