Down to the lake for breakfast

The weather forecast was right: another glorious day to enjoy, but very hot as the day advanced!

It's easy for me to get up early and go down to the lake and I suggested this to Jean who grumbled a little about the early hour! However, we were down at the lake just after 6.45 am and the splendid views were so worth the effort!  The main shot is the port with the C-shaped weather vane which showed another shape from this angle. - A bronze statue in the Olympic Museum grounds. This lovely head represents the Greek athlete Praxitelis Tzanoulis. Isn't he handsome!

We said that we'd definitely go down to the lake early for breakfast again.
