Paisley Town Hall

You can see men working at lots of levels on Paisley Town Hall. It looks as if it won't be long now before the completion of the refurbishment and cleaning of the building.

Went to a chiropractor today about my shoulder which has still not healed after 3 months. I have pulled a tendon. So today I have had laser treatment, acupuncture, oils and massage and been given exercises to do. It was painful as he worked the muscles quite hard but I seem already to have more movement so am hopeful that it will help. I have to go back next week.
