Pacific Black Duck

Despite them being predominantly brown, the Pacific black duck, commonly known as the PBD, is a dabbling duck found in much of Indonesia, New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, and many islands in the southwestern Pacific.
This little duck was sat on the wall at the marina, contemplating, within a second he was taking off, i loved seeing the colours of his wing feathers we don't often see them.
Back to my swim class this morning, there has been a two week break with the school holidays, i was glad to get back into the water, i guess the little black duck felt the same this morning.
