Nature wins!

Before dinner we strolled in Vernonia, around Mill Pond - a site of an old lumber mill. The blip is of the "fuel house"; I have no idea what happened there. The mill closed in 1957. The building is missing its roof entirely, and trees growing from inside are now way above the roof line.
Dinner in the court yard of Black Iron Grill in the very warm evening was perfect.
