Final bow

Another really busy day at work with back to back meetings all day. I left work with another headache, which I think is part stress part lack of cups of tea, to meet my friend Claire at the Barbican.. We watched 'Tatyana' which is a contemporary dance piece by Olivier Award-winner Deborah Colke. The dancers were amazing and while we got slightly lost with the story the sheer physicality of the dance just pulled us back in. I left with a clear head after a great evening of dance and Claire's company.
