View from the Berwen Arms

My car went in for a major service today. So we tried out the courtesy car.
We had a superb steak pie, made on the premises with cooked vegetables followed by a good coffee. They obviously didn't like the looks of us because they wanted my debit card to keep until we had paid. That always makes me uneasy and I never tip if they want payment in advance.
