Morning Exercise

I was sitting on the porch reading and having tea when I saw this guy land about 4 or 5 feet from me.   I edged into the house and grabbed my big lens and camera, slipped back out and sigh,  he was still there!   I took about a dozen shots and actually the first one was this one.   He stretched his wings all the way in front of him  and stayed there for quite a while.  Not sure if he was drying them out or just stretching, but I was glad to finally get a nice shot of him!!
