Alan's on antibiotics and two liquid painkillers so we are almost constantly filling syringes, administering then washing them. This has now become a familiar sight on our draining board.

On the plus side, for the first time in his life, Alan is taking all his medicine without a fuss and a fight. Just opening his mouth and letting David scoot in whatever medication he's due. What a relief.
