Red-Bellied Woodpecker

I'm not sure why but the yard was full of birds this evening. I photographed at least three different types of woodpeckers, finches, robins, doves, and various other birds.

Red-bellied Woodpecker (Melanerpes carolinus): I chose this for today's blip because I just love the coloring of this bird. This picture was also chosen because it shows buds on the branches - Can it mean spring is not too far off?
