Back to Bellringing!

Church bells have been silent for 17 weeks now. Apart from the hourly and quarter chimes and perhaps other chimes such as carillons and Elacombe chimes, bells have not been rung.

Today, many churches opened up their towers. At St George’s, Beckenham we had 6 pre-arranged ringers who rang to welcome the congregation to the morning service.
