managed a bath which is always daunting but I know I’ll feel better afterwards, which I did. mum and dad came round and I had a glorious illegal cuddle with mum. I don’t think I’ve done that since I was about five, it was just what I needed.

we were winding dougal up at night by playing bird videos, he was going nuts but he’s nae daft, he figured out quite quickly he couldn’t get them. funny though.
