Lily pads and lavender.

We had to empty and discard our barrel plants. The water was grim and 99% proof.

So we’ve lined it, well I have, got new plants from an aged Freddie Starr double.


I’m so glad we both went to buy the liner and plants together. I can’t encourage any woman to go buy from him, absolute sex fiend, and I’m not prudish. Not sure what the elderly lady thought with his retort when she exclaimed he’d made her jump.

Anyway, garden tidy again and washing done. Back to work tomorrow. Ugh.
