Busy Bee.

After a very relaxing morning when a friend called for coffee and cheese scones, I have had a busy afternoon.

Did some more painting of windows and doors.
Then decided to tackle the ivy growing over the fence. Trimmed ( hacked ) one side, and now have 6 bags of garden rubbish for Mr C to take to the tip tomorrow.

Sat outside enjoying a cuppa and chocolate biscuit.
A few butterflies flew past, but by the time I got my camera they had disappeared.
However did manage a few photos of the bees which were feeding on the marjoram flowers.

Then harvested our first bag of potatoes.
3 and a half pounds.
We had some boiled along with a ham salad for tea. Tasted sooooooo good.

Could just do with the weather to warm up a bit.
