A safe pair of hands
It must be frustrating for Dominic Cummings.
If he’d restricted himself to running political campaigns - developing ever more successful three word slogans that demonstrate just how huge a lie it is that we have an intelligent, informed electorate who know what they are voting for - he could maintain the illusion that he is some sort of Machiavellian genius.
But he wanted to get involved in government, at which point he has demonstrated that he is exactly the arrogant, inadequate little weasel with an inferiority complex he always appeared to be.
The pathetic need to describe everything as ‘world class’; the posturing and macho attitude when dealing with people not in a position to give him the sort of pasting he deserves (not that I’m approving violence of any kind) and most hilariously, the spiteful tantrums when he doesn’t get his way (funniest ever being failing to manipulate the chair of the security committee when he was able to handpick people to vote for his patsy).
