After crashing at Mark and Aimee's, I got up super early to head off for a ride. The weather was stupendous first thing and I felt extremely smug being out at 6.30 enjoying the quiet roads and the great views.

In the afternoon Tom, Fred, Sara and I went to Herne Hill velodrome in the south for a day of track racing and beer. It was a really lovely time.
