From littlehampton to home. Agony for the first part of the ride... my knees are never too happy about cycling but they warmed up after a while. Apart from one silly 'supposedly a b-road but actually very busy' stretch, it was another nice day. 

A 200-mile cycle from London to home over three days, such a satisfying achievement.
