Sunday Lunch

to catch up with Robert and Annabelle I invited them to lunch.  I cooked venison casserole with lots of veggies in it.  I put beer in instead of red wine and it was lighter and not as heavy and rich.  With it was Moroccan couscous with apricots and currants and braised leeks.  I served it on my mother's dinner set.
