Three great guys

This evening we had the joy of being at my mother-in-law’s home for a family dinner. This photo is of my husband Dave, brother-in-law Doug and my other brother-in-law Dale. I have had the privilege of being their health coach. Helping them achieve their health goals. Between the three of them they have lost 137 pounds. I am so proud of them and very happy for their newfound health.
