Hope!

At the weekend I applied for a promotion within the company (partly as I'm not happy in my current role, and haven't been for far too long!)...

I've had to do an online assessment, and found out that I got Grade A for that - so there's hope of interview, at least!

The candle is to signify the hope - but since I'd already blipped candles, I had a play with some filters to get this effect :-)
