Poppy and insects

At last a lovely day, I was determined to go and work at the pond, easier said than done with a lame leg and a dodgy shoulder. I worked a few hours but hadn't achieved as much as I hoped, there doesn't seem to be a lot wild life in it at the moment, unless it is all in the part I can't get at yet.
On my way back into the house, having a walk round the wild area I came across lots of various types of poppy and sunflower buds, must have come from the bird seed, but only this one poppy was in flower.
Went to the coast tonight to get a sunset, it wasn't startling, but as I sit here tonight at the computer the sky is now beautifully red.
