Carry out meal

It is a 7 course meal, and the first 3 courses were cold. Picture is course 3: cured seatrout with picked chilli and verdita with a charred corn salsa. Absolutely delicious.
Next 3 courses have to be heated. So just now we're relaxing with glass of wine.
