Three of these will be ours in a week (eeee!).
Im. has gone back to her family home for a change of scene/holiday, so we swung by a waterfowl breeder en route to check out the call ducks that they're selling, and we'll be going back again next week to pick out our ones.
As well as the call ducks I'm after, the breeder also had Black East Indian ducks and several breeds of domestic geese, alongside various species of wildfowl (including a pair of nēnēs, mandarin ducks, whistling ducks, and Chiloe wigeon). Exciting.

After visiting the birds, we drove Imogen home, and had a wander around her garden with her family. Their garden is full of insect-friendly flowers, so I got lots of shots of butterflies and bees, and we saw a spitfire and buzzards in the sky as well.
