Cake weather

Sometimes you just need cake! Another cold, wet and windy day and the urge came upon me and I had to bake a cake!

It's a Victoria sandwich cake with dried apricots in it and apricot jam and butter icing in the middle. Had to blip it tonight, as there won't be much left by tomorrow!
