No crop this year

These buds are yet to open on the small Olive tree, which has flowered successfully for a good number of years, but that's about as far as it gets. Just occasionally very small fruits about the size of pin heads form.  Clearly the climate isn't suitable and it cannot be said that this rather plain tree is kept for ornamental value, so it's all a bit silly, really.
