When Greggs be closed. Improvise

2nd attempt at a "Fakeaway". Turned out rather well if I'm honest. Though, if I was to do it again I'd put them in the oven on the grill pan. My sausages appeared to have more fat content than that used by Greggs. So, in parts the pastry was "fried" in beef fat.
