Drunken chicken

First of all my photo yesterday was of a parsnip. A wonderful vegetable not so much in vogue these days. Most young people these days probably never eat them.

Who ever heard of alcoholic chicken?! I spotted this sign today in the butcher shop we normally support. We may give it a try next week.
