Yet Another Sunset

We were socialising today! Met up with the Mackies for lunch (our first bubble!) and enjoyed our first pub beer and grub in more than four months. The waitress seemed really happy to be working again and able to chat away with customers. We were really happy just to be out and about! Took a wander through the Hermitage and enjoyed a cuppa before catching a bus home - another first since March. Simple pleasures!
The Friday quiz had a full complement again tonight, was a bit bonkers and ended with the drama of a tiebreaker. Or rather multiple tiebreakers before finally a draw was declared. Quality quizzing!
A bonus is that we never tire of the sunsets we can see from our front room while we’re sitting chatting to friends from all over.
