Daucus carota (Wild Carrot)?

I think this is what is called  Queen Anne's Lace in America. If I have identified it correctly, it is also called Wild Carrot, Bird's nest, Bishop's lace. It is a lovely flower growing wild in the green space around the neighborhood.

Unfortunately, things are bad in Portland, Oregon right now. If COVID wasn't bad enough, Trump has sent in all kinds of unidentified troops under the auspices of "protecting Federal buildings and property". Instead, these troops are terrorizing, shooting at, and arresting peaceful protesters.
