big sky

Its was a good day, cold but bright and clear.
There was a great yoga session this morning, then I had lunch in town with a friend.
Later I made it down to Long Strand with the dogs. Sheltered from the north wind it was a bit warmer there, and classically gorgeous with white horses rolling in onto golden sands.
I had a proper walk and feel myself restored to health at last.
