I hired a car and Tivoli and I took lots of weeds, dismantled bits of house, and shed detritus to the recycling centre. 

Then we used it to get to our brother's and had a great sunny afternoon and evening not doing anything more strenuous than a walk through fields to a brook and back. It was excellent to be using only 'normal' muscles rather than all those extra ones I've been using recently.
