Sooty Copper

This is a first for me. I was so lucky to get an hour’s sunshine this afternoon and the butterflies came out in force. This is apparently quite a common butterfly here, I loved its chocolate upper wings too, see extra.

Thanks for all the lovely comments about our cats yesterday. They look large because Corrine is only about 5 foot  tall. However they are Maine Coons and will continue to grow till they are 4 or 5! Help!
