Evening boat ride

Another hot and humid day. Painted the new bench with oldest daughter after our workout. Sore abs, shoulders, legs.... the list goes on. Actually feeling good, working on stretching too to help my neck tightness (helps avoid headaches).

Took the boat out on Beaver Lake which is a man made reservoir in the Ozark Mountains formed by a dam across the White River. I blipped the dam back in March (Dam). When the lake filled, the town of Monte Ne was submerged. The lake has over 400 miles of shoreline and is up to 200 feet deep. Many interesting facts...

We had boat up take out at a restaurant on the lake. Daughters hat blew off and we actually found it still floating. Husband water skied. Miya jumped off to chase a jet ski - while we were moving. We were going along slowly and she did not get hurt. She was remorseful when I scolded her repeatedly. Trying to train her to jump only when giving permission... key word - trying.
