2044. Mushroom circle...

This appeared in our garden a few days ago and I wanted to photograph it but forgot until we were leaving to go out this morning.  Good job I did as the gardener is here this afternoon and it’s now gone!

We finally managed to get through to EasyJet this morning after 4 hours and 45 minutes on hold over the past day or so.  Their phone line cuts out after you’ve waited for two hours on hold.  We got our flights rebooked for our re-arranged battlefield tour for next year, only our hotel at the airport to sort now and that’s everything done.

Hubby had a strange experience on eBay yesterday after buying something, paying via PayPal for it then seeing a message on his account saying the seller was yet to “accept” his payment.  She had sent the item and it’s with a courier so she was worried she wasn’t going to get paid...it turned out she had changed her email address but hadn’t updated the listing so the payment was sent into limbo!  He agreed to pay her via PayPal so I hope the item arrives and is ok now....

Yesterday was pretty awful for us for a whole variety of reasons so I’m glad that today has been much better.  My youngest was very supportive when I was getting overly anxious last night with all that had been going on and that felt good.

We took a drive to Dundee this morning...stopped to look in a couple of shops then had a picnic near the water and it was lovely!  Things are slowly starting to feel like normal again but not quite.  We had hoped to head over to Loch Leven but there are no toilets open near so we ruled it out.  I also managed to pick up some very cheap and very nice thick yarn for my crochet so I consider today’s outing a huge success!
