Someone to watch over you

Lovely day today. Cool enough that when I finished our early morning woofer walk I went for a run. A very slow run, but it still counts.

After a spot of work and a battle with local bureaucracy I enjoyed an overindulgent lunch and catch up with my lovely friend, before heading home for a snooze in front of the tv. Did some one say weekend?
