Giving this ago

I seen this and I thought I would give it a go.
Over the last few months between lockdown, having my nephew with us for nearly 4mths and he smokes, my chronic back pain i did go back on them but now I am off them again.
I have to say this works better for me than anything I have tried so here's hoping.
