I’ve been busy!

I love doing my plaques and keyrings but having hurt my back over a week ago it’s not been easy to sit for long. I did really well with the last batch I did of gifts for end of term for teachers and now I’m back to more general ones....some locally themed. The ones without wording can be personalised. My back is so much better for the first time today. I had a late appointment (9pm) yesterday with a Russian lady who does chiropractic along with massage and acupuncture. Hubby was in the room whilst I had my treatment (1hr!) which was at times painful but no pain no gain! She massaged my back then inserted about 25 needles in my entire back and then did some chiropractic (after removing the needles!!) I must say it seems to have worked a treat!
