Snowy

Yes, as the rest of the country had snow so did we!

Miss B didn't get a snow day, though I didn't manage to get her to school 'till 10am after having to abandon the car and walk!

Mr B did get a snow day 'cause he didn't manage to get over to Cheshire and realised there was work he could do at home so he didn't HAVE to go in by train. This was a happiness to me. There he was sitting at the kids tiny table on the laptop, there in body but not in mind. His attention was on the tasks in hand but it was great to have his presence.

Master B and I painted and played with the blizzards raging outside and Mum arrived late afternoon, much to the delight of the chidlers!

Other than still feeling pretty gross it was a good day.
