Hidcote Manor

We’ve decided to try and get out one day or afternoon a week now while we can. Since lockdown began BB has been involved in a company startup which has kept him occupied but now he’s really busy! He doesn’t work weekends but places are busier then. He’s supposed to be retired- and in moving here the plan was we could spend more time together !!
Anyway we had lunch at the NT pub The Fleece in Bretforton then headed to Hidcote Manor. They have a one way system and social distancing which meant if someone in front of you stops to look at a plant or take a photo then everyone stops. It does mean you get to take your time and see things rather than rushing through as sometimes happens. It’s a beautiful place with lots of gardens within gardens and open spaces. Lovely.
