Every Monday Wednesday and Friday at 6:15 my husband and I go to a gym which is called Spenga. It is an hour long workout. Guided by a personal trainer who leads us in 20 minute spin class, then a 20 minute intense interval weight lifting and ends with a 20 minute yoga session. We really love the class and have grown to love the instructors and the people in the class as they make it a lot of fun. We need to have some smiles at 6:15 in the morning!!!
