Trojanfit

Ok so I'm down at the gym for a couple of hours before I start the nightshift , I know not the best thing to do before work but its the only time I have free to squeeze in

Trojanfit is a mma gym in cheltenham where they do a variety of stuff from boxing with a full size boxing ring in a mma cage weights bags all of the usual things you would find In a gym .

After training I got the camera out and took a pic of the guys that were training down here as well as the owner , not a full house tonight kinda slow but meens that we get more attention as there are a few of us .

In the picture from left to right are Nathan who is head coach he is a 3 x world champion and also a stunt man he has worked on a vary of films inc James Bond , batman and kick ass he is one mean man , next to him you have adie who is a county boxer very good soon to fight down in London big things to come then you have Steve the owner top guy , and then callum who's is learning boxing and dose bjj and who has enter'd in a few comp
