Mapperton Garden

A friend and I drove separately over the county border to West Dorset to visit two gardens, the first a pretty garden with a converted mill in Netherbury and the second, Mapperton garden, the Nation’s finest Manor House, according to Country Life magazine. Unfortunately, the house wasn’t open so another visit will be required when it is. The blip shows an area of the large garden and the extra a honeysuckle from the garden.
