He’d Rather Stick With China For Now!

It was Sushi’s riding lesson this evening, but as China’s neck was slightly swollen and sore, we decided he could have his lesson on Monty instead.

Monty is a completely different horse to ride, an ex hunter, at 17.2hh much bigger and stronger than China and is nicknamed ‘Lurch’ by Mel as he doesn’t always know where his feet are. But Sushi loved it and so did Monty by the way he was going and it is so good for Sushi to ride different horses. He did say that although he’d like to ride Monty again, he’d rather stick with China for now.
