Cheesecake

I was working from home, and didn't have the best day. So least said.

Today was the day South Africa overtook the UK in the number of Covid positive people, pushing us into 9th. Venezuela hit 10,000 cases, while Georgia topped 1000.

My daughter made this cheesecake. I won't be able to eat any - I can't eat chocolate, but her brothers will like it. I've given her the hand mixer, which she is chuffed about.
