Not long now!

A walk through John's garden this morning and it was good to see that the blackcurrants were ripening nicely! It's a super time of the year, so many things are either ready, or just about ready, to eat. 

Luckily, as I seem to be the jam maker in these parts, I get first dibs on any surplus fruit!

Even better good news is that today H actually got back on her favourite pony! Just a short ride, but it was a momentous day for us all.
