Treading the Towpath!

An evening stroll with Mum along the canal under yet more dull skies...little bit damp and drizzly at times too. I spotted these flowers on one of the canal boats in the little marina at Sowerby Bridge and thought they added a splash of colour. :-)

Many of the canal boats available for hire had gone from the moorings which is a sign of the hospitality industry finding it's, new, feet.

Hotels have reopened in Scotland today...where may I be heading asap?! :-D
