Celebrations!

Graham and I had dinner at Esinti restaurant, Akbuk, with, as of last month now ex-colleague (but still friend!) Jeremy, Ulkem and their boys, down from Istanbul and now in Akbuk for the summer, like me.  Today is their wedding anniversary and it was so nice to celebrate with them.  It's also Robin's birthday, but sadly, she's in Baku, Azerbaijan where quarantine rules make it difficult to travel, so no visit this summer :( However,  this time last year, she, Graham and I we were at Esinti to celebrate here. Today, she had to suffice with a video call of birthday greetings. Such a different world we live in now.
