LD 113 Fresh

This is a garlic bulb from the poly tunnel, which was lifted, trimmed , cut and the other half used within about ten minutes this evening.

The taste was firm yet not overwhelming but it was the delicacy of the colours that impressed me most and the elegant shape of the little cloves. 

It was also self seeded from last year’s crop.
